Do I need to link or mention the use of the GraphHopper Directions API?

All paid plans include a white label option. There is no need to mention that you use GraphHopper. You can get an attribution discount if you mention GraphHopper – read more about the requirements here under “GraphHopper”. Please note that a free plan always requires a GraphHopper attribution.

Regardless of the GraphHopper attribution, you always have to attribute OpenStreetMap.
