It was 9.9% in May 2010, and 9.7% in October last year.

b. 33% of CPI, 2008 = 2 * 3 * $ 4500 + $ 4000 = $ 21 = $ 2 000IPC 2009 * 4000 * 5000 + $ 4 = $ 28000Pourcentage increase = (28000-21000) / 21000 = 33.3%
